Holiday packing isn’t always a trial, often thinking about packing is more of a hassle than actually doing it! With good planning packing is really quite a pleasure (we promise) – thinking about what you need to take and (possibly) writing a list can pay dividends.
Holiday style isn’t always about what is on the catwalk in Paris
It is often something altogether different and sometimes the perfect excuse to buy that bold statement dress you wouldn’t have the nerve to wear at the office. But no need to spend a fortune – holidays are all about fun so why not pump up the colour? Clash big time and dress like you want to dance on the beach until dawn (even if you’re just nipping to the market for some Greek yoghurt!)
Ibiza is the island where bohemia rules – channel that vibe if you choose to go Balearic this summer and enjoy that easy breeze when every day is a holiday. Match floaty kaftans, beaded flip flops and groovy jewellery with a fantastic bikini or one-piece and enjoy yourself… day and night.
Paxos is more barefoot chic – on this coolest of islands, dressing up is definitely optional, the stylish Italians move from beach to bar without changing. Mojitos and Negronis are enjoyed with sand between the toes. Just a slip of lipstick and you are nightclub ready.
Packing is so much part of the journey
the successful packer will take the minimum and wear everything. You really don’t have to spend a fortune to look great, last year’s gear is totally acceptable, so long as you’re having fun and look great!
Just don’t forget your toothbrush.
