Local Information

Arvi is a small, seaside village in the municipality of Viannos, overlooking the Libyan Sea. For locals of the village, their main occupation is banana production, grown in the lush green valley in Viannos.

Our View

Built practically on the sea, you can leave the villa and walk straight in to the waters, enjoying the privacy of the beach under the shade of Tamarisk trees planted along the edge of the property. Just 2km West of Arvi itself, Beach House Arvi is in a perfectly secluded spot on Meakis Beach. Meander on down for an early morning swim in the sea before breakfast, or make the most of the canoes and SUPs that come with the villa and head down for a morning of exploring the coastline from the water.
You really can’t get much better than this – the beautiful, sandy beach has crystal clear waters, and is wonderfully shallow and warm. Sand lilies blossom in the summer months along the dunes, and the nearby hills are adorned with pine and cedar trees.
With many spacious terraces and shaded areas outdoors, you’ll be spoilt for choice for options of where to enjoy the afternoon sun with a good book, and the sea-facing dining terraces are the perfect spot for alfresco suppers under the stars. Talking of stars, the absence of lights in the surrounding area means that the clarity of the night sky is incredible, and in the cooler months the sun sets over the sea right in front of the house, creating the most amazing colours. The sea is still warm until the end of November as well, perfect for late Summer weeks.
At the villa you can find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a terrace BBQ with seating enough for the whole group to enjoy meal times all together.
There’s also a beach bar/taverna-style set up, practically on the beach, where you can all enjoy your very own private experience.

Inside, the vast sitting room boasts stunning views across the sea and mountains, and is immaculately furnished. Nothing has been left to chance with this design – oozing comfort whilst remaining incredibly stylish and luxurious. The fully-equipped kitchen is to such a high standard that even the most esteemed chef would be impressed, and both indoor and outdoor dining terraces providing the perfect location from which to enjoy lazy lunches or candle-lit suppers.
The bedrooms are simply divine, with cool, white linens and dark, neutral accents, we’re certain you’ll have the best night’s sleep after long days spent in the sun. With the bedrooms split in to three main areas, the Saskia Estate is ideal for large groups who still want to feel a sense of privacy, with several chill-out areas both inside and out, that even the largest of groups will still feel they’ve an area of the house to themselves.
