Can Vidalet winery is 1km from the house (or a 10 minute walk)
Cala San Vicenc beach is 9km
Puerto Pollensa beach is 9.5km away, and offers all manner of water sports (coasteering, water skiing, diving to name a few!) Bicycles and boats can also be rented here
Palma is a 40 minute drive away, a vibrant city with much to see and do
Further afield, and a beautiful drive through the Tramuntana mountains are Soller, 62km and Deia, 70km

Casa Mia is perfectly located for all manner of Mallorcan activities. Nearby Pollensa is a gorgeous town in which to stroll around the many shops and galleries, or have lunch/supper. The nearby beaches in the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia are all family-friendly and offer plenty of water sport activities including boat rental, sailing, windsurfing or diving lessons. The rural villages in the north are ancient and beautiful; the local houses made from the same warm-coloured stone as the mountains
Walks on the nearby Formentor peninsula and in the Tramuntana mountains are truly spectacular, and range from easy to extremely difficult. For a more relaxed experience try a gentle stroll along the Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa ending up with a cold glass of wine at one of the restaurants dotted along it.
Casa Mia is ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from one of the area’s best vineyards – Can Vidalet. Wander on down of an afternoon for a guided tour. The local golf club on the outskirts of Pollensa offers spectacular panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains.
Mallorca has become a real foodie destination and Pollensa has its fair share of good restaurants. A moonlit meander around the streets of the old town will find you plenty of authentic local restaurants.
Bar Nou serves home made paella and fresh fish whilst the nearby Son Brull hotel (walking distance from Casa Mia!) offers luxurious dining with ingredients sourced from their own farm. The hotel also has a spa including a hamman where you can really unwind.
The weekly markets, held in Pollensa on a Sunday morning, and Puerto Pollensa on a Wednesday morning, are both well worth a visit – treat yourself to a traditional Mallorcan shopping basket and take your time savouring the local produce and atmosphere.
Casa Mia is an absolute delight, and we are so proud to be able to share it with you. Set in two acres of land, with plentiful space for children to play in, citrus, olive, fig and pomegranate trees, and several beaches nearby to choose from, this house is the perfect base from which to head off and explore this part of the island. Located just 3km from Old Town Pollensa in a quiet little valley, you’ve fabulous views in every direction and two glorious outdoor terraces at the house from which to enjoy them.
There’s one of the area’s top vineyards devilishly close (under a 10 minute walk!) – amble in of an afternoon for a tour of the place and to sample the delicious wine produced here. For the enthusiastic cyclist, this is a lovely area to explore by bike – bikes can be rented locally.
The house itself is beautiful – recently renovated to a very high standard featuring exposed stonework and decorated with pretty Mallorcan fabrics.
On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and uber-comfortable furniture; a perfect combination of modern and old. This leads out on to the shaded dining terrace, perfect for long lunches or candlelit alfresco suppers. The bedrooms are uniquely decorated but equally luxurious, with beautiful linens and properly comfortable beds, ensuring the perfect night’s sleep.
