The staff will drive the RIB for water skiing, wake boarding and snorkelling as well as take guests to tavernas for lunch/dinner
They will prepare and lay out continental breakfast 6 days a week , lay the table for lunch and dinner – food and drink payable locally. They have one day off a week where the RIB is not available for use. The villa staff will get in touch prior to your arrival for your pre-arrival shopping list. Please include your first morning’s breakfast order in this list.
There is an external chef who will cook lunch and dinner as requested – ingredients payable locally

The villa is in the south east of the Ionian island of Lefkada and is situated half way down the Eastern side of the Lefkada channel. From the house you can see Meganisi, Thilia, Scorpios and Lefkada and there are views beyond to mainland Greece.
Most guests travel everywhere by boat, journey times are:
Little Vathi, Meganisi 10 minutes
Sivota, Lefkada 15 minutes
Fiscardo, Kefalonia 45 minutes
Kioni, Ithaca 50 minutes
Vilho is a 10 minute drive away
Nidri is a 20 minute drive away, or 15 minutes by RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat)
Fly to Preveza airport in Greece from various airports
Taxi from Preveza Airport to Perigiali, near Nidri on Lefkada (45 mins)
You can then be picked up by sea taxi from Perigiali- journey time 15 minutes
Transfers can be organised from the airport to the house (payable locally)
If you wish to hire a car, a 4 x 4 is recommended although not entirely necessary as the RIB is available to transport guests and sea taxis can drop guests direct at the villa’s pontoon.
There are several of the Ionian islands easily accessible by boat from the villa. The villa staff are available to take you in the villa’s 7.8 RIB or you can hire your own boat for the day.
On Lefkada itself, Sivota is well suited for boating. It has a wonderful small marina, great shops and a good choice of tavernas. Further afield Vassiliki is a windsurfing paradise and there are stunning white sandy beaches up the west coast.
There are waterfalls, paths to hike and with a coastline of 117 kilometers this is the island to come to for variety, water sports and having fun. There is literally everything from diving, windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. There are ancient Greek Orthodox churches to visit, tiny mountain villages to explore, many coves to swim in from your boat as well as hundreds of great restaurants and bars to enjoy. You certainly won’t suffer from island fever – there is far too much to do.
The real selling point of this villa is the opportunity to explore the other Ionian islands nearby.
The delightful island of Meganisi is within a 5 minute RIB journey. Eat in one of the fabulous fish tavernas, spend the day diving in the turquoise water before heading home to enjoy a drink on the terrace. The capital, Little Vathi is a fantastic Greek fishing port looking out towards Skorpios with lots of waterside tavernas which are great for lunch or dinner.
Discover the beautiful islands of Kastos and Kalamos which are also easily accessible by RIB or travel south to go cliff jumping off the deserted island of Atokos or spend a day in Fiscardo or Kioni on the islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca respectively.
More locally, you can take a little path from the house up round the hills above and enjoy the amazing views across to Meganisi and mainland Greece and south towards Ithaca and Kefalonia.
This is truly one of THE most spectacular sea front villas we’ve ever come across. This glorious estate sits right on the sea overlooking the tiny island of Meganissi (it’s possible to get to Meganissi in minutes by RIB). For those who haven’t been to Lefkada before this groovy pad would be the perfect introduction to this wonderful Greek island.
The house has been recently finished to the very highest of briefs, the owners have successfully developed another of our favourite houses (in Ithaca) and their style and skill continues here. They really do know what they’re doing and their generosity knows no bounds.
The house is luxurious and extremely well developed. The huge open plan sitting room has a double height ceiling and glass doors looking out to sea (you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d landed in a slice of paradise here) – blues and whites abound through the whole house. A huge terrace runs the length of one side allowing guests to enjoy the indoor/outdoor aspect that contemporary villas are so known for. Floor to ceiling glass doors ensure the view is enjoyed from every aspect in the sitting room.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and modern. Each bedroom has its own terrace, there are beautiful glass lamps, lovely linens, fluffy towels and fabulous Korres bathroom products. The bedrooms are uber comfy – with soft seating, just perfect for drinking in the amazing view. The finish is beautiful – in every way, floors are shiny, upholstery crisp and patterns clean-lined. Each room is unique but so well thought out.
The infinity swimming pool clings to the edge of this glorious piece of coastline offering the very best view in the Ionian. If you can drag yourself away from the pool, wander down the path to the jetty where you’ll find the RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) which is yours to use while you’re a guest in the house. Or spend the day down at the seaside on the virtually private beach where the owners have created a decking area and put some beds so you can relax, soaking up the rays.
The live-in staff at the house will drive the boat for you, allowing your guests to use the houses’ waterskis and wakeboard – or enjoy their local knowledge as they take you to other islands to swim or snorkel before whisking you to a Robinson Crusoe beach taverna for lunch. Come home to a hot shower before drinks on the terrace and the luxury of your own cook who will serve you a delicious dinner under the stars. That view will keep you going through the winter months.
