Local Information

Easily accessible by boat from the Ortholithi Estate are the Diapontia Islands, located North West of Corfu. Erikoussa is a tiny island of only five square kilometers with white sandy beaches. The larger of the islands, Othoni is fantastic for snorkelling and has it’s very own ship wreck off the coast.

Corfu, famed for its glorious greenery and luscious interior, has become an immensely popular and luxurious destination. Often attracting the A list, this divine island offers stunning beaches, great night life, delectable restaurants and boat hopping between small and quaint tavernas meaning that even the most restless of pleasure seeker will be happy!

With its warren of narrow streets, graceful Venetian facades and wonderful main square, Corfu Town is more Italian than Greek to look at. Many of the narrow alleyways are pedestrianised and venerable buildings have been sensitively restored. The Old Town is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
One of the most notable buildings is the Liston, a French-built arcade lined with cafés and restaurants – perfect for coffee and people watching.

Our View

Nestling among ancient olive trees on Corfu’s dramatic west coast, The Ortholithi Estate is a spectacular seafront retreat. Composed of six unique timber houses, each part of the estate is connected by hidden pathways. At the water’s edge is a secluded beach, sundeck and private jetty. Discover the surrounding coastline by way of the estate’s yacht (available on request), kayaks and paddle boards. The stunning islands of Othoni, Erikousa, Paxos and Anti-Paxos are within easy reach by boat. The beach itself, with a private pontoon and huge sun deck complete with sunbeds and umbrellas – accessible by buggy, its the favourite spot for guests to enjoy the day.

The main house has a vast, seamless indoor/outdoor designed living space with sleek decking and shaded seating. Gather here for memorable summer meals and sun-downer drinks. Follow pathways up through the gardens to three timber bungalows, positioned above the main house. A second pool and a huge playground with a playhouse, slide, swings and sand pit, make these bungalows ideal for families with children, far enough for the main villa to be private but close enough for quick and easy access.
