This house is located on one of the most isolated beaches in northern Corfu, between Kassiopi and San Stefano, near Avlaki beach.
The north east coast is full of outstanding bays and white pebbled coves, higher up, away from the coast the interior is home to birds of prey, rare flora and rural simplicity. Water sports a-plenty can be found on many of the local beaches, with Avlaki being the closest for sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Nearby San Stefano is a simple and pretty harbour with seafront tavernas and a delightful beach.
For teenagers, the night life in Kassiopi is just a short drive up the coast, or a few minutes by boat.
One of the greatest pleasures of this gorgeous, wooded stretch of coast is that the sea-fronted properties are so accessible by boat. You can spend your mornings stopping off to swim at one or other pebbly cove, admiring the views of mainland Albania before seeking out a new taverna for lunch. All the tavernas have wooden jetties and their owners will wave you in, catch your rope and tie up your boat before handing you their menu.
Take a skippered boat out for a day, a wonderful itinerary can be planned ahead of time; visit the stunning nearby islands of Paxos and Antipaxos where you can have lunch before coming back to Corfu for a sundowner at one of the wonderful seaside tavernas.
Located on a charming shingle beach with emerald green waters, just north of Avlaki beach. The only way to access this house is from the beach, so you can arrive by boat, undoubtedly the best way to arrive, or drive and park a short distance away and walk along the beach.

It is the largest of the three cottages and closest to the sea, with two elegantly appointed bedrooms, an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, which opens out on to a shaded terrace with comfy sofas.
The second house is just a few steps back, accommodates two and has a kitchen and living room area, which opens out on to a little terrace with garden view, comfortably furnished with a hammock and sun loungers. The third guest house has a master bedroom with en suite facilities.
This is a unique and elegant beach front retreat with a jetty and immediate access to the sea, you would be in a great location if you love spending your days hopping on and off a boat, exploring nearby coves and trying out new restaurants.
