Local Information

There is a lovely restaurant within easy walking distance of the house, and nearby Sumartin is a bustling sea-front town home to some more family-run ‘konobas’, supermarkets, a bakery and some cafes right on the water. This is also the nearest port for the ferry over to Makarska on the mainland.

Slightly further afield is the town of Bol on the South side of the island. Explore the town’s winding cobbled streets bustling with local life. There are weekly produce markets to explore, more restaurants and some great architectural examples of the history of the island.

Our View

The villa has an impressive outdoor space that boasts incredible views. Its right on the water with direct sea access, and comes complete with paddle boards and kayaks. If water sports don’t float your boat, you can kick back and relax on the sun lounger for a little snooze in the sun under the dappled shade of palm trees. Each bedroom is as good as the last, with luxurious linens and spacious en suites. The design is simple but sumptuous, with clean lines and lots of calming neutrals that perfectly compliment the dazzling turquoise of the sea and the sky framed through the windows.

Why we love it
This house is the ultimate waterfront pad. Nothing is too far away, and there is everything you’ll need to keep the whole group happy. Take a boat out for the day to get your bearings, finding stunning hidden bays to cool off in with a swim. Then spend the afternoon relaxing at the house before wandering in to town for supper under the stars.
